1. Cancellation by Customer Bano:
– If you need to cancel your cleaning service appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other customers.
– Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will depend on various factors, including the timing of the cancellation and our ability to fill the vacancy with another booking.
– We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations with flexibility and understanding.

2. Cancellation by Customer:
– If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. You can cancel your booking by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
– Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will generally not incur any cancellation fees, and any prepaid fees will be refunded in full.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any prepaid fees before issuing a refund.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Appointments:
– If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will generally be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees. We will process the refund promptly and aim to have the funds returned to your account within 7 business days.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may still be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our discretion. The amount of the refund will depend on various factors, including the timing of the cancellation and our ability to fill the vacancy with another booking.
– Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid by cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to you.

3. Refund Processing Time:
– We understand the importance of prompt and efficient refund processing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process without delay.
